History of the Churrascaria
Welcome to Sirlae's Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse). At a long standing tradition, "Gauchos" (cowboys) from Rio Grande do Sul would herd in the wild cattle of Southern Brazil. The Gauchos would exclusively eat a diet of beef. Legend being that the Gauchos would pierce large pieces of meat with their swords and slowly roast them over open flames. These tough men of the open plains were also very generous with their Churrasco and the telling of their adventures traveling the plains of Southern Brazil. So please join us at Sirlae's Churrascaria to enjoy a century old Brazilian style of cooking while reveling in your adventures old and new.
